Jiayi Chen

Born in Chongqing, China, and based in Chicago, Jiayi Chen works in analog film, video, projection performance, and installation. Her works have been exhibited and screened internationally, including at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, Chicago; Museum of Contemporary Photography, Chicago; Mana Contemporary, Miami; Anthology Film Archives, New York; ACUD MACHT NEU, Berlin, Germany; Hypnos Theatre, Malmö, Sweden; Antimatter, Victoria, Canada; CSIF, Calgary, Canada; Harkat, Mumbai, India; and TANK Shanghai, China.
